Conditions for returning an item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at (876) 622-7485 or (876) 962-1946 or by cell: (876) 276-7686 .
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Smartbox:
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The original manufacturers packaging of the product being returned has NOT been opened.
- For products that were not delivered in a manufacturers sealed box, please ensure that the product does NOT contain ANY signs of use, marks, damage, or in any way devalued from its original condition. Additionally, please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Opened software
- Inks and toners (unless unopened)
- HP warranty & tech support 1800-711-2884.
How to Return An Item
Before returning an item please send us an email at smartbox123@hotmail with your name, address and the order number of the product being returned.
All returns must be sent to :Shop #5, Grove Court Shopping Centre
Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.
What happens after we have received the item returned?
After Smartbox receives the item that you have returned, providing that the item meet the above mentioned conditions, you will receive a store credit. Smartbox will not process cash refunds for returned goods. Smartbox will mail you a credit note within seven days of receipt of the returned product. This credit note may only be used to make future purchases at smartboxwebstore.com.
Cancelling an Order
Any order placed on smartboxwebstore.com can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email to email@example.com within 20 minutes of placing an order stating the reason for requesting cancellation. Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation and the Returns Policy becomes applicable (see above).
Once an order is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item. Remember to check all your orders carefully before making payment.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three business days of cancelling the order. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- If you paid using 2checkout
We will process all refunds promptly but it may be a few days before refund is seen in your account.If your refund is not seen within the aforementioned days please do not hesitate to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
